Stacey Allen Blaylock, age 61, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Stacey was born on July 11, 1962 in Marietta, Georgia to Jane C. Allgaier and William Blaylock. For most of her life, she played competitive sports with softball being her number one sport where she played for the top teams in the country and was able to tour Russia in 1990. She won several World Series Championships and was also inducted into the Georgia Softball Hall of Fame in 1996. Later in life, she began to focus on raising her two sons and loved to teach them how to play ball. She adored spending time with her two grandchildren.

Stacey is preceded in death by her father, William Blaylock and stepfather, John Allgaier; stepbrother, Robert Allgaier. She is survived by her two sons, Coleman Blaylock and Chase Keilman; grandchildren, Chloe Blaylock and Crue Blaylock; mother, Jane Allgaier; siblings, Tobie Haynie (Doug), Billy Blaylock (Melissa), Lee Blaylock Delk (Michael Ott); stepsiblings, Johnny Allgaier (Debbie), Nancy Williams (Gordon), Janet Medders (Marty); and a host of many other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on April 21, 2024 at Ott Vineyards and Winery @ 3PM (230 Henry Evans Rd, Ellijay, GA 30536). The celebration will be a potluck, so please bring a dish to share!
